Organic Date Sugar

We upcycle Kentichi dates from Tunisia that used to go to waste, then simply dry and grind to produce a granulated sugar with a delicious, deep, caramel flavor. This is the only granulated sugar packed with fiber and antioxidants, with one gram of fiber in each teaspoon (that's 48g per cup)! You can make a cake and feel great, knowing it's filled with fiber and all the nutrients of dates. With date sugar, you're sweetening with a whole fruit, and it’s ideal for replacing sugar in baking. Reduce flour by 25% in any recipe.
