Weekend booking hierarchy

The Host gets priority, then The Gatherer gets availability. The Salted Circle does not receive the weekend private-booking benefit.

When Saturday and Sunday private workshop dates are released, Host members receive the first opportunity to reserve them. Remaining weekend availability can then be offered to Gatherer members.
